Infusion Therapy Services

If you need infusion therapy, the PACT Infusion Center is here to help. We offer flexible appointments in a comfortable setting.

Why Infusion Therapy?

Ideally medications are given by mouth and can be taken by patients at home but some medications need to be infused intravenously to treat certain conditions.

Infused medications affect the immune system in very targeted ways to reduce the inflammation caused by autoimmune conditions while largely preserving the body’s ability to combat infection

Infused medications are unable to be absorbed when taken by mouth

They generally last longer than oral medications—weeks to months—so they are administered less frequently
