PACT Infusion Center accepts appointments with patients that are referred by their physicians.
We are open Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
How do I request an appointment?
To schedule an appointment or receive more information, call our staff at 203-281-5114.
Do I need a physician referral?
If you are a patient currently receiving infusion services but are looking for a new facility, we can accommodate this change with a referral from your current provider.
For patients receiving infusions prescribed by a rheumatologist, dermatologist, or neurologist a referral is required.
Patients who are looking for a new Gastroenterologist provider can contact 203-281-4463 to schedule an appointment with PACT Gastro Center.
